VINEWOOD (WZ) — Jebediah Givens, accused an act of Terrorism against the State Government has plead guilty in a Vinewood Court today.

Jebediah Givens has pleaded Guilty to a single charge of Terrorism after it was alleged he was carrying explosive devices inside City Hall and threatening to blow the building up if his demand of $50,000 wasn’t met.

The initial court documents paint a dark picture on the day this failed terrorist attacks occurred.

On the 14th of July police were notified of a potential bomb threat occurring at City Hall. Members of the Los Santos Police Department were the first to arrive at City Hall and began containing the area. They established that there was a present threat with a red minicar blocking the main doors to City Hall and that a man was standing at the door with a duffle bag with explosives inside it. According to police there were also gas canisters found inside the car, and if they had ignited there would have been even more damage.

Negotiations between Mr. Given and the Police went on for over an hour. Negotiations stagnated when Mr. Given became “extremely frustrated that we [LSPD] still didn’t have the money that he was demanding.” It’s understood that Mr. Givens was then tackled by the police after he failed to set the devices off because of a jammer set up by police. The explosives were detonated in a controlled environment by the police after the incident.

In court, Jebediah spoke directly to the court and pleaded guilty to the charge of committing a Terrorist Act.

The court ruled on a sentence of Life Imprisonment with eligibility for Parole after 25 Years.

An incident occured at the end of the case when a member of the public named Barry Bogan attempted to hit the sentenced Jebidian Givens in the courtroom lobby, and accidentally struck a bailiff. He was then found guilty of aggravated assault.
